
To get to the municipality of Valsequillo, visitors should take the southbound motorway and take the exit for Telde. Having crossed the municipality of Telde, the driver should then take a secondary road with single lane traffic to Valsequillo (GC-41).
The distance between Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Valsequillo is 24 kilometres. However, it takes roughly half an hour, as you have to drive more slowly on the secondary road on the latter part of the trip.
If you decide to visit the municipality on public transport you should go to the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria bus station and take bus number 12 heading for Telde. There you can chose between various buses travelling in the direction of Valsequillo. Bus number 13 goes to San Mateo via Valsequillo and bus number 43 goes to Valsequillo. All of the above lines have regular departures. The town can also be reached via the GC-41 road from San Mateo.
