The Gran Canaria Tourist Board reserves the right to make changes to the Website without prior notice, for the purpose of updating, correcting, modifying, adding or eliminating the Website’s contents or design. The contents and services offered by the Website are updated from time to time. Equally, the images for the corresponding rights contained in the Gran Canaria Tourist Board server are also protected.  

Their use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity, similar or analogue, is strictly prohibited except if express authorization is given by the Gran Canaria Tourist Board. The licence for the use of any content within this Website awarded to its users is limited to his or her downloading and private use of said content, on conditon that those contents remain intact.

The Gran Canaria Tourist Board duly maintains personal data protection levels in accordance with ROYAL DECREE 1720/2007, dated 21st December, in which the Regulation for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13th December was approved, concerning personal data protection, while also establishing all technical means within its powers so as to avoid any loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access and robbery of the details that you have facilitated to the Tourist Board, notwithstanding that security measures on the Internet cannot be impenetrable. The Tourist Board reserves the right to modify the current Privacy Policy to adapt it to any new legislation, jurisprudential laws or to their interpretation by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. In such cases, the Tourist Board will duly announce these changes, clearly indicating and in good time the modifications to be made, and requesting, where necessary, your acceptance to carry out such changes.
