The Gran Canaria International Blume Festival is back bringing a whole host of gymnasts to the island from all over Europe. One of the most veteran sports festivals throughout the Archipelago is already contemplating its 47th edition. This new edition of the Festival will make Gran Canaria the European capital of Gymnastics once again.

In previous editions, the event, which is organised by the veteran Gimnasio Las Palmas, has been attended by 220 gymnastics groups from more than 20 countries and involving more than 5500 sportsmen and women. It is spread over different centres on the island including the capital, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Telde, Ingenio, Arucas and the tourist areas in the South. Every year, the Blume Festival manages to get the whole island interested in Gymnastics with a packed programme including 40 workshops and festivals to be held throughout Gran Canaria.
The festival has made Gymnastics in Gran Canaria a point of international reference. It is the longest running sports event on the island. If you are interested in sport and gym, do not miss the chance to attend this year’s event. Gymnasts of all ages from all over Europe will flood the island’s sports installations from the 24th November to 2nd December.
