Raffle conditions for subscribers to the Tourist Portal Newsletter

1. This raffle is open only to those subscribed to the Gran Canaria tourist newsletter. Winners will be picked at random among subscribers to the different versions of our newsletter. All of them will take part in this raffle merely by their condition of subscribers.
Users of the Tourist portal who wish to take part may also do so by subscribing to our newsletter. For subscription purposes, users will be identified only through their e-mail account. 

2. The raffle will start on 15 June, 2010, and will end on 1 August, 2010. 

3. The prize will be two nights with breakfast at the Hotel Rural La Hacienda del Buen Suceso Countryside Hotel. The prize will remain effective until 15 June, 2011, subject to availability.
A reservation must be placed at the establishment a few days prior to checking in, by contacting the Asociación Gran Canaria Natural at (0034) 928 384 670, or else at marketing@grancanariafincas.com.

4. Prizes shall not be transferred, negotiated, or exchanged for money, and may be replaced only under exceptional circumstances. 

5. Gran Canaria Tourism Association employees shall not take part in the raffle under any circumstance. 

6. The winner shall be informed of the prize at the closing of the raffle, via e-mail. In the event that the winner does not reply to our e-mail message within one week after it is sent, the raffle shall be declared void. 

7. Participants shall be above 18 years of age. 

8. Participation in this raffle implies having accepted all these conditions.
