Plaza de Cairasco
The Plaza de Cairasco is located right in the historic heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; the picture shows the centre for initiatives and projects of La Caja de Ahorros de Canarias (CICCA) next to the Gabinete Literario and just a few steps from Triana’s Calle Mayor. It is the perfect place to begin a tour of Vegueta’s museums and cafes, before ending up at the foot of the city’s impressive Cathedral which has over 500 years of history.
