These establishments are acknowledged by the Gran Canaria Tourist Board either because they have already been classified and issued a business license, or because these procedures are in progress.
Therefore, all establishments not included on this list are illegal for the purpose of tourist bookings.
Pursuant to article 76 of LAW 7/1995, dated April 6, regulating Tourism in the Canary Islands, contracts with companies lacking the necessary business permits are classified as "Serious Offences".
