A journey within a journey. This is what Santa Brígida offers travellers seeking to delve further into wine culture. For apart from the sea and the beaches, Gran Canaria boasts of a long wine production tradition: young, red, white, fruity, and quite aromatic, all of outstanding quality, the renowned Gran Canaria Denomination of Origin wines.

Santa Brígida is home to Gran Canaria’s Wine Museum. A recently opened building where you may taste the island’s wide range of wine varieties. It exhibition hall will take you deep into the island’s wine production history and its longstanding tradition as wine exporter. A priceless asset born out of a diversity of microclimates that result in the same grape variety yielding different wine attributes depending on the location of the crop.

The Wine Museum is now consolidated as the island’s wine depository, a place that combines the tasting and marketing of Gran Canaria Denomination of Origin wines. So, if you travel the seas of good living, we suggest a stopover at Santa Brígida for a blend of fine weather, fine cuisine, and fine wine.
