Raffle conditions for subscribers to the Tourist Portal Newsletter

1. This raffle is open only to those subscribed to the Gran Canaria tourist newsletter.
Winners will be picked at random among subscribers to the different versions of our newsletter. All of them will take part in this raffle merely by their condition of subscribers.
Users of the Tourist Portal who wish to take part may also do so by subscribing to our tourist newsletter. For subscription purposes, users will be identified only through their e-mail account.

2. The raffle will start on 1 February 2010, and will end on 15 March 2010.

3.  The prize will be a Spa session for 2 at Spa Inagua, Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa, Puerto Mogán, Gran Canaria.

4. Prizes shall not be transferred, negotiated, or exchanged for money, and may be replaced only under exceptional circumstances.

5. Gran Canaria Tourism Association employees shall not take part in the raffle under any circumstance.

6. The winner shall be informed of the prize at the closing of the raffle, via e-mail. In the event that the winner does not reply to our e-mail message within one week after it is sent, the raffle shall be declared void.

7.  Participants shall be above 18 years of age.

8. Participation in this raffle implies having accepted all these conditions.
