Description
This is a house with traditional Canary architecture built in the 19th century. It was used for agricultural purposes and renovated in 2004, maintaining its traditional structure and the original water source and giving it maximum comfort and facilities. The outside is entirely made of local stone and its thick walls make the house thermally stable: cold in the summer and warm in the winter. It is located within a 3000m2 estate in which, depending on the time of year, we can find fruit such as oranges, grapes, medlars, mangos, avocados, olives, lemons, guavas and Indian figs, as well as herbs. Natural lighting was taken into account during renovation and the combination and harmony of the furniture achieve a warm and welcoming space. It is all on one floor, offering space and light, with a sunny terrace and a garden. The interior stands out due to its comfortable furniture and its decoration with numerous antique objects which have been renovated. It has a kitchen-dining room which is fully equipped. One bathroom and two bedrooms one of which was originally used for the house and so is very spacious with wooden gable roof, 4 metres high. From its numerous windows or from its terrace we can see the wide variety of trees and palm trees, and enjoy relaxing moments. The rest of the estate and the area can be access for walking, enjoying the landscape, nature?s pure air and the peacefulness of the place. It is also an ideal spot for trekking.
