House with traditional Canary Island architecture with gable roofs, built at the end of the 19th century and renovated in 2001 with high quality material. It is currently in perfect condition. It was originally a watermill and still maintains the lower grinding wheel. It lies within an estate of 3000m2 in which, depending on the season, we can find and pick fruit such as oranges, medlars, almonds, olives, lemons, guavas and Indian figs; vegetables such as potatoes, pumpkins, courgette, onions as well as herbs such as parsley, oregano, mint and others. A wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor which has a sweet practical bathroom and the main bedroom equipped with complete furniture including an antique Canary Island rocking chair. The wooden floors give warmth and comfort. From the bedroom window we can see the large terrace which incorporates the private pool at the end with hydro-massage, currents, shower and solarium; the terrace furniture, hammocks, barbecue, stone benches, gardens, where we can pass relaxing moments with sufficient space for outdoor sports, board games, yoga, gym, etc. The house is accessed via a veranda and the rest of the estate is available for walking, enjoying the landscape, nature?s pure air and the place?s tranquillity, as well as enjoying some trekking.
