Museo de Guayadeque (Archaeological Visitors Information Centre)

The Visitors Centre, located in a building dug out of the ravine hillside, is in keeping with the troglodyte style of its architecture, with all the environmental resources of the heritage of Guayadeque on display. You can take a journey through time right here, from the long and distant past of when erosion and volcanic activity formed this landscape, up to its use today, passing through its periods of aboriginal occupancy and later colonization.
