Description

The Fataga ravine is an unusual geomorphological structure. Its characteristics and high scenic value create a magnificent landscape of great beauty. It embraces natural habitats in a good state of conservation, such as the magnificent palm tree groves along the edge of the ravine and the habitats on its sheer walls. Some rare and endangered plants are found in the latter, such as the sea lavender (Limonium preauxii) and the rue (Ruta oreojasme). The presence of Canary junipers in the upper part of the eastern flank of the middle part of the ravine is also worthy of note.
