DESCRIPTION
This is a traditional Canary Mansion house, with its gabled roof. It was built midway through the 19th century and recently restored using top quality materials, with the aim of improving comfort and convenience of the rooms with antique furniture and a few modern touches. There are 2 buildings each sleeping three people, set in a small 1,000m2 estate.
Opposite the mansion is a garden with fruit trees, vineyards, cactuses and indigenous plants. Access to the house is along a small road. It has its own car park.
LOCATION
The Casona del Almendro is situated in Los Llanos del Sequero, just 2 Km. from the old town centre of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
From its special position right at the centre of the island of Gran Canaria, guests can take full advantage of mountain sports such as hiking, climbing, cycling, etc. as well as going to the coast to try out some nautical sports (diving, windsurfing, sports fishing, etc). The house itself has all the information you need to join in any activity you wish.

Distribution: Double bedroom, cot (upon request), bathroom with shower, living room with bed-settee, kitchen-dining room, front and rear terrace, porch area with barbecue.
Facilities: Satellite TV, CD and DVD player, central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, frige-freezer, microwave-grill, electric blender, toaster, Italian electric coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, first aid kit, swimming pool and solarium, board games, small library in several languages. Animals: pets allowed.
