Former Canary house from the start of the last century, watched over by a beautiful bay tree aged almost 200 years old. Maipez reopens its doors converted into a beautiful hotel, bursting with good taste and comfort. The house, surrounded by an estate of 30,000m2, bears the name of a crag, the result of the eruptions of several volcanoes close by. With its harmonious structure and thick walls maintained, traditional materials have been combined with modern comforts achieving spaces in which we can breathe space, light and harmony.
