Description
The Balcony house built in 1800 was the house where the steward of the farm estate lived , it was situated right in the middle of it and the area of greater height. Therefore, El Balcon is a small balcony from which you can see all the property coming on a clear day the view of mountains and sea.
This beautiful farm has hundreds of fruit trees mainly citrus fruits (oranges, lemons and grapefruits) are a wonderful scenary when in full bloom. Preserved intact its original structure, thick walls of masonry, wood and beautiful hipped roof. It has been completely refurbished in 2011 and is now a comfortable house fully adapted for people with reduced mobility (including wheelchair). The location of the house away from the noise provides an atmosphere of peace and calm to our guests.
Its two terraces and its tiny pool offer the possibility to enjoy the sunny days all the time.
