Description
House originally built more than 150 years ago that has been restored and fitted out for its touristic use. This has been done so exceedingly well that it has been awarded by the Cabildo Insular of Gran Canaria.
It has splendid views to the Agaete Valley and to the Tamadaba Pine Forest. These places can be reached on different hiking paths starting from spots near the house.
The palm tree forest where the house is located served as a basis for an original garden design where the native flora and other species from tropical countries, mainly Latin-American ones, have been added, and whose adaptation and development clearly shows the mildness of the microclimate of this area of the island. It is important to mention that the house is located at an altitude of 100 metres and it is only 4 kilometres away from the sea.
Concerning to the decoration, it is to be noted the love who shows the owner for antiques and the 20th century art, and of course, the talent of him to combine both of them.
